Phillip E. Ward, D.P.M.
Dr. Phillip Ward is one of less than one hundred podiatric physicians in the United States who is certified in three areas: Surgery, Orthopedics and Medicine of the foot and ankle. He is a past president of the North Carolina Foot and Ankle Society and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the American Podiatric Medical Association. He specializes in foot surgery, diabetic foot care, sports medicine and heel pain.
Dr. A. Anthony Haro completed his fellowship in advanced foot and ankle reconstruction prior to joining the FACNC in 2006. He is the only physician in the Sandhills area and one of less than four hundred in the country who is board certified in foot surgery as well as ankle and rearfoot surgical reconstruction. He specializes in foot and ankle trauma, sports medicine, diabetic wound care, Charcot arthropathy, tendonopathies and complex surgical foot and ankle reconstruction.
